Holt Renfrew launched its new in-store shop called H Project in its Bloor Street, Vancouver and Calgary locations this past week. The store’s Director of Brand Strategy, Alexandra Weston attended the three launch events held at the store that will be showcasing different pieces from brands all over the world.

The collections that will be showcased have a wide range of prices; there are the affordable pieces like those from jewelry maker Jenny Bird that ranges from $70-$115. Unique handmade Peruvian clutches from Lizzie Fortunato have higher prices ranging from $475 to $595. These one-of-a-kind limited edition clutches are sure to impress buyers as they show excellent craftsmanship from Peru.

Also joining the said brand names is soft-faux leather bags from Cornelia Guest. These bags, which range from $170- $375, did not use any animal parts in the making of the products and are expected to be a hit with animal lovers.

PROOF eyewear is also a part of the collection and will be offering sunglasses that cost between $124-$145. The eye wears are proudly made with ‘sustainably sourced wood’ and a percentage of the profit turned to an Indian organization which offers free cataract operation to those in need.

Indulgence in the products not only benefits the would-be buyers. WeWOOD promises to plant one tree for each watch they sell while 10% of the return in Jenny Bird’s pieces will be given to Canada’s biggest conservation organization – the internationally recognized World Wide Fund (WWF).

H-Project launched on May 22 at the Bloor Stree loaction. You can stop by the store now to see the new products. Other new products for the H Project can be seen on Holt Renfrew’s official website HoltRenfrew.com
